AI Production Policy
Archypedia uses automation to discover public reporting, group related coverage, prepare drafts, check consistency and maintain technical discovery files. Automation is a production method, not a source and not an authority.
What automation may do
- Collect and compare reporting from multiple relevant publishers and official sources.
- Draft summaries, timelines, comparisons and explanatory context that are supported by the source corpus.
- Check numbers, quotations, metadata, links, source coverage and publication requirements.
- Maintain sitemaps, feeds, cache files and safe operational health records.
What automation may not do
- Invent a quotation, eyewitness account, statistic, credential or source.
- Present an allegation, forecast or early report as settled fact.
- Hide material disagreement between credible sources.
- Publish a report that fails the source, factual-consistency or quality gate.
- Claim that an editorial desk profile is a specific human employee.
Provenance and accountability
Every new report retains a provenance record containing its source corpus, primary source, model route, verification result and gate outcome. Readers see the source ledger and correction path on the article page. Archypedia remains accountable for published material regardless of which tools assisted production.
Self-repair boundaries
The system may repair stale worker records, regenerate discovery files, protect weak pages from indexing and clean expired operational logs. It may not silently rewrite factual history merely to improve search performance. Material editorial changes must remain source-grounded and update the public modification timestamp.
